Amazon Might Have Spoiled Something for Batman: Arkham Knight

Could it really be that Amazon made a boo-boo with their recent posting of an Amazon Exclusive Batman: Arkham Knight set exclusively available on their site? It’s a pretty big spoiler so thread carefully.

OK, apparently the rumors of killing of Batman by the end of Batman: Arkham Knight prevails once more as the statue you’re seeing contains the words:

From a Grateful City In Memory of the Gotham Knight

It’s pretty much like that final scene in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises where the people of Gotham City reveal a statue of Batman after the dude saved them from that bomb.

Anyway, there’s also the product description Amazon had for the statue – An imposing Batman memorial statue commemorating Gotham’s protector, the Dark Knight.

Why’d you use the term memorial? Anyway, what’s your take on this? Are they really planning to kill off Batman or was this an honest mistake from Amazon and probably from DC?
