January 2018 Events and Happenings Checklist

Geeks all over the country sure have had a blast this 2017, but January 2018 is proving to be quite the month to look forward to. Moreover, folks from SOS Movement, Vandals On The Wall, Gabi Na Naman Productions, and Organisasyon ng mga Pilipinong Mang Aawit are going to host the event. Join the acclaimed singer, songwriter, and guitarist Cynthia Alexander in her album launch, and listen to the dazzling tunes of the world/folk pop ensemble Ben&Ben.

Arduino Workshop

Robotics is becoming the new “in” in the technology scene, and if you fancy yourself as the next Doctor Light or Tony Stark, then maybe Arduino is the place to start. SparkLab Innovation Center’s Arduino Workshop will allow enthusiasts to have a basic grasp on concepts involving programming with Arduino, which is a popular tool used by engineers. Week 3 (Jan. 14 to Jan. 20)

Galaxy Battles Major 2018

If you fancy yourself a gamer up for a challenge, then perhaps you can dazzle your competitors with your skill at the Galaxy Battles Major 2018. The event will be on January 19, so there’s still a few weeks left to practice your skills. Moreover, head to the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, and maybe you’ve got what it takes to dominate the gaming battleground.
